STC Class of 1980

See you at our Jubilee celebrations on January 29, 2005

Many of us from the Class of 1980 grew up in St Theresa's College Quezon City. STC saw us through our childhood. This website looks back fondly at the years that made us the women that we are today. Launched at the jubilee of our graduation, it is a celebration of the teachers, friends and the institution that will always be a part of us.

And tenk you, tenk you, to all who have worked so hard to make our jubilee a success, both here and abroad. The following was compiled by our 'Homecoming Queen' - chair of the 2005 Homecoming - Pinky Piedad:

Carmela Chupungco headed the career talks for Juniors. Ameng Borja Ilagan organized the golf by her lonesome. Jessica Cinco and Pixie Crisanto Nepumoceno is doing the souvenir program. Annielu Perez Dandan, Jessica and Mita Salangguit de la Rama are the "bag ladies," sourcing for souvenir items we can sell as souvenirs for the homecoming. Loula Real Famor did the fun-filled job of calling each and every batchmate to extract monetary contributions. Ginto, Pilak at Sari-Saring Halakhak was the brainchild of Onet Coronel. Meng Canlas is stage directing. Pinky Aseron will emcee, of course. Jessica, Annielu and May Lim Nitorreda have been lending their houses for meetings while Helen Ordonez Hernandez has been keeping us well-fed with her culinary concoctions. Des Angeles Costales and Dada Cabrera Agbayani have been attending STAA meetings for our batch since time immemorial. Candy Quimpo Gourlay, who designed the ginto pilak logo, has also been practising her web skills by creating this site.

Special thanks to the dollar couriers: Malu de Asis, Mishaw, Queenie Picazo, Susan Yap, Che Cruz Santayana (or, more appropriately, Che's husband).

And many thanks to the hostesses with the mostest, who have been holding reunions from the East to the West Coast of America: Mishaw (who has renamed herself Roxanne kuno) Shaw Dar Juan, Jazzy Flores Figueroa, and Star Leyson Thayer. Is this correct, girls? Please check me if I am wrong, as one of our teachers used to say.
